Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final and no refunds will be issued. This includes, software, and online courses. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered to be used and cannot be returned.
- All Sales Final; Accessing and Risk of Loss. All purchases of Software are final. We do not accept returns of any Software unless indicated otherwise on the Software detail page. Once you purchase a Software and we or the Publisher make it available to you, you are responsible for downloading (if applicable) and confirming your ability to access the Software, including retrieving the license key for the Software if applicable, and bear all risk of loss after downloading the Software or retrieving the license key, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive malfunction. If you are unable to complete a download or access a Software, please contact DDS customer service for assistance. We will usually continue making Software you have purchased available to you in our Software Library so that you can download additional copies of the Application and retrieve your license key (if applicable), but that is not always the case, and we may limit or disable further downloads of a Software due to licensing restrictions or for other reasons.
Physical Goods
Physical goods can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. To return a physical good, you must first contact us to obtain a return authorization number (RMA). Once you have received an RMA, you must return the product to us in its original packaging and condition. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. Once we have received the returned product and verified its condition, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the product. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
