  2. Click on “My Products” and select your Dragon Medical One subscription.
  3. Go to “Manage Preferences” and click “Manage Subscription.”
  4. Turn off the auto-renewal option.

  1. Call Dragon Customer Support at 1-800-654-0142.
  2. Inform them of your desire to cancel your subscription.
  3. Provide your account information and follow their instructions.

Annual or Quarterly Subscription

• Online:
  1. Note: This method only disables automatic renewal, not immediate cancellation.
  2. Log in to your Dragon Store account.
  3. Click on “My Products” and select your Dragon Medical One subscription.
  4. Go to “Manage Preferences” and click “Manage Licenses.”
  5. Select all licenses listed and click “Cancel Licenses.”
  6. This will prevent automatic renewal at the end of your current term.

  2. Inform them of your desire to cancel your subscription.
  3. Provide your account information and follow their instructions.
